1General Terms of Use

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. hx555 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your own failure to keep your credentials secure. 3Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on hx555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, and debit cards linked to Pakistani bank accounts. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and hx555 reserves the right to modify supported payment channels with notice to users.

3.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your hx555 account balance promptly after payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally processed near-instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's internal processing times. hx555 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method. hx555 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming interventions or security reviews.

3.3 Deposit Responsibility

4Withdrawals

Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. 4.4 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being forfeited rather than paid out.

6Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on hx555 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments), football, esports and additional sports markets. All bets are placed in PKR. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted and confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification from the platform and the bet appears in your bet history. hx555 reserves the right to decline or void a bet prior to acceptance if there is a technical issue, odds error or market suspension. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if the in-play feed was unavailable or delayed.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

6.3 Voided Bets

Cricket matches that do not complete the minimum number of overs to constitute a valid result under DLS rules may result in voided bets on certain markets.

In the case of weather interruptions where DLS applies, DLS results are used for settlement. When an account is suspended for investigation, any balance held will be frozen pending the outcome of the review. 11Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by hx555's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12Changes to These Terms

hx555 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notification will be posted on the platform and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.1. Any bets or gaming activity in progress at the time of a terms update will be governed by the terms in effect when that activity began.
